Our Mission

Help Veterans Present Their Medical Evidence Clearly and Credibly

Our role is not to promise an outcome or replace accredited representation. Our role is to provide thorough medical review, independent clinical evaluation, and documentation that accurately reflects the evidence available.

Serving Those Who Served

Why Valor Health Was Built

Valor Health was founded by Stacey Allen, a U.S. Army Desert Storm Veteran, after years of working with Veterans and seeing the same challenge repeatedly: important medical facts were often scattered across years of records and not clearly documented in a way that addressed the medical questions involved in a VA disability claim.

That experience led to a simple idea: Veterans should have access to independent medical professionals who can review the evidence, conduct appropriate evaluations, and document their findings clearly.

Valor Health was built around that mission.

Veteran Founded. Clinically Independent.

Being veteran-founded shapes how Valor Health communicates, how we treat the people we serve, and how seriously we take the responsibility of handling sensitive medical records.

At the same time, every medical opinion, diagnosis, DBQ response, and clinical finding must remain the independent judgment of the reviewing or evaluating provider.

That separation is essential to the credibility of the medical evidence.

What Guides Us

The Standards Behind Every Valor Health Service

Clinical Integrity

Medical opinions and findings are based on the evidence and the provider’s independent professional judgment—not the outcome a client hopes to receive.

Veteran Respect

Veterans deserve to be treated with dignity, listened to carefully, and given clear information about the service they are purchasing.

Transparency

We use clear, flat-rate pricing and explain what each service is designed to provide before the Veteran moves forward.

How We Work

Medical Evidence Starts With the Records

Valor Health services are designed around a simple principle: the documentation should reflect the evidence that actually exists.

1

Review the Evidence

Relevant service, VA, private medical, examination, and supporting records are reviewed when appropriate for the requested service.

2

Evaluate When Needed

Licensed medical or mental health providers conduct condition-specific evaluations when an evaluation is part of the service.

3

Document the Findings

The final medical documentation reflects the provider’s supported findings, clinical reasoning, and professional judgment.

An Important Distinction

Valor Health Provides Medical Evidence — VA Makes the Decision

We believe credible evidence requires clear boundaries between clinical documentation, claim advocacy, and the final benefits decision.

Our Role

Valor Health provides independent medical record reviews, evaluations, and professionally prepared medical documentation.

We do not guarantee diagnoses, favorable medical opinions, particular DBQ findings, disability percentages, or VA outcomes.

Valor Health does not represent Veterans before VA, prepare or file claims, or determine entitlement to VA benefits.
