Referral Program Terms & Conditions:
The Marketing Department will address any disputes or misinterpretations of any of Valor Health's Referral Programs. Individuals agree to utilize a valid email address when signing up with Valor Health’s referral program. Valor Health reserves the right to reevaluate and modify the terms listed in this policy at any time without notice.
Referral must qualify and pay for a Valor Health Tactical Record Analysis to receive the $100 cash reward. Purchase must be made through the participant’s unique referral link. There is no limit to the number of rewards that can be received for referred individuals who sign up to use Valor Health’s services. Payments will be made NLT the 15th of each month for the qualifying referrals of the previous calendar month. Referrals who are issued refunds per Record Review refund policy will not be eligible for Cash Reward.
Non-employees that are paid $600 or more in rewards during a calendar year are responsible for understanding and paying applicable state and federal taxes. It is not mandatory to be a client of Valor Health to participate. Not to be combined with any other offer. Referrals must sign up within six months of contacting Valor Health, and the referral program started on March 1, 2025. Those who referred individuals to Valor Health prior to that date are not eligible unless reviewed on a case-by-case basis, subject to Valor Health’s discretion.

Clients must be signed up for the program to receive their reward, and the client must either use their custom link when signing up for Valor Health’s services.
The Referral Program is intended to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Any Member who participates in the Referral Program agrees to conduct his or herself in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and the policies and procedures set forth herein. The organization will conduct regular compliance audits of the Referral Program to ensure that it complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Valor Health will maintain records of all referrals and incentive payments made through the referral program, including the dates of referral, eligibility criteria met, and incentive payments made. The organization will review referral data to identify any patterns or trends that may indicate non-compliance with the referral program’s policies and procedures.
Participants in the referral program may have tax obligations related to any incentive payments received. It is their responsibility to comply with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
Valor Health may be required to report any incentive payments made to participants in the referral program to the appropriate tax authorities. Participants may also be required to report any incentive payments received on their tax returns. The organization may be required to withhold taxes from incentive payments made to participants in the referral program in accordance with applicable tax laws and regulations. Participants in the referral program are advised to seek tax advice from a qualified tax professional to ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations. The organization will maintain accurate and complete records of all incentive payments made through the referral program for tax reporting purposes.
Refund Policy: At Valor Health, we stand by the quality of our Tactical Record Analysis service. If you are a U.S. Veteran with a VA disability rating of 90% or lower and our specialists determine that there are no eligible pathways for an increase, you will receive a 100% refund of your purchase. To qualify for this refund, you must upload all relevant documents for review within 14 days of purchase. Please note that refunds do not apply to any medical or mental health services, regardless of the reason. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Compliance and Auditing/Monitoring: Valor Health is committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to anti-kickback, anti-bribery, and consumer protection laws.
All Referral Program Members must adhere to the policies and procedures outlined in this document. Any violations of these policies and procedures may result in the immediate termination of the Member’s participation in the Referral Program, and Valor Health may take any additional disciplinary actions deemed necessary.
Valor Health’s Marketing Department is responsible for monitoring and auditing the Referral Program to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Marketing Department will also conduct periodic reviews to assess the effectiveness of the Referral Program and make any necessary updates to ensure continued compliance.
In the event that the Referral Program is found to be non-compliant with any applicable laws or regulations, Valor Health will take prompt corrective action. This may include modifying the Referral Program’s policies and procedures, terminating the program entirely, and notifying any applicable regulatory authorities, as required by law.
Additionally, Valor Health will maintain detailed records of all Referral Program activity, including Member rewards and Referral discounts. These records will be subject to audit by internal and external auditors, as well as any regulatory or government agencies, as necessary..
If any Member becomes aware of any potential violations of the Referral Program policies and procedures or any applicable laws or regulations, they must immediately report the violation to the Compliance Department for investigation and resolution.
By participating in the Referral Program, Members acknowledge and agree to comply with all policies and procedures outlined in this document and any updates or modifications to these policies and procedures.
