Valor Health charges a flat fee for the medical record review, evaluation, and documentation associated with the service you purchase. We do not charge a percentage of your disability compensation or retroactive benefits.

Medical Services
Medical services are provided when appropriate and supported by the records, evaluation, and provider’s independent clinical judgment. A Tactical Record Analysis is required prior to any Medical Evidence Package.
Condition-specific documentation of current symptoms, clinical findings, and functional limitations.
Independent medical opinion addressing whether the evidence supports a relationship to military service or another service-connected condition.
Combines medical nexus and current-severity documentation when both questions need to be addressed.
Mental Health Services
Mental health services begin with provider matching based on the state where you will be physically located during your telehealth evaluation.
Mental health evaluation and condition-appropriate DBQ focused on current symptoms and occupational/social impairment.
Independent mental health evaluation and opinion addressing the medical relationship when supported by the evidence.
Combines medical nexus and current-severity documentation in one coordinated mental health evaluation process.
When Applicable
Available in qualifying situations when a prior Valor Health medical opinion requires a supported rebuttal or clarification.
