Our Services

DIC Nexus Letter + Record Review

Our DIC Nexus Letter service begins with a comprehensive review of all available medical records, service records, and supporting documentation to determine whether a medical nexus can be established between the Veteran’s military service and cause of death.

This initial Record Review is included in the cost of the service and is a critical step in ensuring any medical opinion is supported by credible medical evidence.

Your service includes:

* A thorough evaluation of medical and service history

* Identification of potential service connections related to the Veteran’s cause of death

* Professional review to determine whether a medically supported nexus opinion can be provided

* A detailed Nexus Letter written by a qualified medical provider, when medically appropriate

* A clear, evidence-based medical rationale

* Citation of relevant medical literature when applicable

* Language aligned with VA standards for DIC claims

If the reviewing provider determines that a medically supported Nexus Letter cannot be written based on the records provided, a refund will be issued minus the $299 Record Review fee.

This process helps ensure that every Nexus Letter is built on a solid, evidence-backed foundation
