Our Services

TDIU Opinion Letter + Record Review

Our TDIU Opinion Letter service begins with a comprehensive review of the Veteran’s medical records, service-connected conditions, treatment history, occupational history, and supporting documentation.

The purpose of the review is to determine whether the medical evidence supports an opinion that the Veteran’s service-connected condition or conditions result in functional limitations that interfere with the ability to secure or maintain substantially gainful employment.

The initial Record Review is included in the cost of the service and is a critical step in ensuring that any medical opinion is supported by credible evidence.

Your service includes:

* A thorough evaluation of relevant medical records and treatment history

* Review of the Veteran’s current service-connected conditions

* Evaluation of physical and mental functional limitations documented in the records

* Consideration of how symptoms may affect reliability, attendance, concentration, productivity, communication, mobility, stamina, and workplace functioning

* Review of relevant occupational and educational history when provided

* Professional determination of whether a medically supported TDIU opinion can be provided

* A detailed medical opinion letter written by a qualified medical provider, when medically appropriate

* A clear, evidence-based explanation of how the Veteran’s service-connected limitations affect occupational functioning

* Citation of relevant medical literature when applicable

* Language aligned with the medical evidence commonly considered in TDIU claims

The medical provider will address only limitations associated with the Veteran’s service-connected condition or conditions. Age, non-service-connected conditions, and unrelated employment barriers will not be used as the basis for the medical opinion.

This process helps ensure that every TDIU Opinion Letter is built on a thorough, objective, and evidence-backed medical foundation.

If the reviewing provider determines that a medically supported Nexus Letter cannot be written based on the records provided, a refund will be issued minus the $299 Record Review fee.

This process helps ensure that every Nexus Letter is built on a solid, evidence-backed foundation
